{"id":43,"date":"2020-03-31T16:55:09","date_gmt":"2020-03-31T15:55:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/baybaycitydivision-deped.net\/?page_id=43"},"modified":"2026-05-28T15:18:14","modified_gmt":"2026-05-28T07:18:14","slug":"citizens-charter","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/baybaycitydivision-deped.net\/index.php\/about-baybay-city-division\/citizens-charter\/","title":{"rendered":"Citizens Charter"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-x-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Citizen&#8217;s Charter<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Section 2 of the Republic Act (RA) 11032 otherwise known as the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery (EODB-EGSD) Act of 2018 states that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cIt is hereby declared that the policy of the State to promote integrity, accountability, proper management of public affairs and public property as well as to establish effective practices, aimed at efficient turnaround of the delivery of government services and the prevention of graft and corruption in the government.
